Deciding what to do with a loved one’s ashes can feel overwhelming—especially without clear instructions. Because of this, cremated remains often end up tucked away in a cupboard, spare room, or garage.

Thankfully, there are now many meaningful ways to honour them. Tattooed Stones offer a unique, deeply personal memorial, particularly cherished by those seeking a spiritual but non-religious alternative.

Tattooed Stones provide two distinct approaches:

The image is of an Ashtainer which is used to store cremated remains.

  1. Place the ashes inside a protective plastic container (called an Ashtainer) beneath the Tattooed Stone. This keeps the ashes dry while allowing flexibility if you ever decide to relocate or scatter them later.

  2. By integrating ashes into a Tattooed Stone, you create a timeless tribute that can travel with you wherever life leads. Creating multiple stones offers a comforting way for loved ones to share in a collective memory.
